We are required to change our GP Clinical System from Vision to EMIS as this will enable us to deliver services across the Reading Central Primary Care Network more efficiently in the future and make digital services more easily accessible to all.
It is inevitable with such a major change that there is likely to be some disruption to normal services so we would kindly ask that you order your prescriptions outside the dates shown above and postpone making routine appointments until the EMIS system takes over w/c 23rd September.
Due to this change a further temporary inconvenience is that all patients will lose access to our digital services and digital apps, including NHS APP, Patient Access, and any medical app you may currently be using.
To regain access to the NHS APP, please get in touch with us at:
- Pembroke.reception@nhs.net after 20th September.
Unfortunately we are unable to resolve matters earlier than then.
All patients currently using Vision digital services will need to switch to using the NHS App instead. To register or login to the NHS App, please visit:
Or download the mobile version from your App Store or Google Play. More information and support can be found on the NHS App website.
Please be assured we will be working very hard to minimise any disruption for patients and we thank you ALL in anticipation of your patience during this important and necessary transition.
