New Appointment System

From 1^st October 2025, all GP appointment and admin queries will need to be requested through a new online triage system which can be found here.

We request that you fill out an online form providing as much information as possible about your need – whether it’s a medical issue, prescription request, fit note or referral query etc.

Your request will be reviewed by a GP or senior clinician and directed to the most appropriate person to help you.

If you don’t have internet access, you can still call us and a receptionist will complete the form for you over the phone on your behalf.

Please bear with our team over the transition period in October as we get used to the new system – We are confident this change will make things better for everyone once fully up and running.
